United Kingdom and Northern Ireland
If purchasing for delivery in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland the following declarations and terms apply:
1. The following terms apply for orders from the Gard’Apis website (www.gardapis.co.uk) for products for delivery in the UK ordered by a customer (‘you’) from within the UK.
2. Business is conducted in English and subject to UK law.
3. Your purchase agreement begins when the customer ( hereafter ‘you’) place an order by clicking on the ‘pay now’ button and payment is then received by us for your purchase.
4. The full cost of the items and delivery options and associated costs will be shown to you before you pay.
5. The process for placing an order require that you select the items that you wish to purchase which will appear in your online shopping basket, you then have the opportunity to review your order, adjust quantities as required, select from the available delivery options, review your order for any errors, and then complete your order by providing payment information and clicking on the ‘pay now’ button. Once we have received notification of payment from your payment provider or, alternatively, received funds into our bank account, we will process your order for delivery.
6. Please ensure that you provide full contact information and that your delivery information is accurate. We may use address verification tools to validate address information and need to contact you before we dispatch your order should in the case that we are unsure of the validity of the delivery address that you provide. Regardless of the foregoing you remain responsible for the accuracy of any information that you provide and any consequences that flow from errors that you may make.
7. Please review your order carefully before you complete it by clicking on ‘pay now’. If you subsequently discover any errors in your order, please contact us promptly by email at contact@gardapis.co.uk. We will make every reasonable attempt to remedy any error, but time is of the essence since orders cannot be altered after they ship.
8. Your order will be promptly dispatched. However, on occasion, disruption in delivery services or other factors may result in a longer delay. Normally you will receive your order within 4 business days but, depending on circumstances, may take up to 14 days.

12. Gard’Apis products have been developed for use in the detection, monitoring, and control of Asian Hornets (Vespa Velutina).
13. The price you pay includes the items that you have selected in your shopping basket, delivery costs for these items, and VAT.
