Delivery Information

We offer a competitive 48hr tracked delivery service. For large orders and depending on stock, your order may be delayed but we will let you know immediately if such situation occurs.

In normal circumstances,  if your order is not received within 3 working days, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and make things right!

When will my order be dispatched?
All orders are dispatched on the next working day – Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on the weekend are dispatched on Monday.

How will I know my order has been dispatched?
When we dispatch your order, you’ll receive an email from us containing the tracking number of your delivery.

When will my order arrive?
Our standard delivery is 2 to 3 working days from order date, between the working hours of Royal Mail unless an alternative delivery service is requested.

How can I track my order?
Tracking details of your order will be included in your dispatch confirmation. You can also track a parcel from your account area. If no tracking number can be found, please contact us so we can email it to you.

Do I need to sign for my order?
No, our orders do not require a signature but are tracked. You can provide delivery instructions when placing your order, which we will pass to the postie.

What happens if I miss my scheduled delivery?
Unless mentioned, all deliveries are made by RoyalMail and no signature is required. If you miss your delivery, or the item cannot be delivered, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions. Every delivery is tracked so you can check the progress of your delivery via the courrier’s website.

What if I no longer require the item?

What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
Don’t worry – if part or all of your order is damaged in transit, please email us immediately with photographic evidence at
